Booking Procedure - Only a few steps to receive your tickets
With Culture Ticket, ordering tickets takes you just a few steps. In order to improve your orientation on our website, we have explained the individual steps in detail below. 1.) Choosing a performance
You can search the Culture Ticket Portal for the event that matches your personal interests and plans best. For this purpose, you can either use the search mask to enter the location, date & genre, or enter keywords into the search box (e.g. "Mozart Vienna June") for a selection of matching events. In any case, your results will be tailored exactly to your interests and schedule. At the bottom of the website, you will find an alternative categorization of the events offered by Culture Ticket.
2.) Choosing tickets
If you have found your favorite event, you can add the desired tickets to the shopping basket by clicking on the button [Add to Cart]. The content of the basket can be removed at any time by clicking the button [Delete]. Of course, you can also still change the number of the selected tickets in the field [Quantity] - The total price of your order will automatically be calculated anew. Subsequently, you can either finish your purchase by clicking the button [Checkout] or click the button [Continue Shopping] to search for further events, while the content of your shopping basket remains unchanged.
If you have searched for other events and now willing to finish your purchase, please open the [Shopping Cart]. You will now see all the products stored in the cart with the price and the chosen number of tickets.
3.) Redeeming gift coupons
If you have a coupon, it can be redeemed in the menu [Order details & Payment] after having selected the tickets of your choice. Please enter the coupon code in the appropriate field and click on the button [Redeem]. Subsequently, you can either finish your purchase by clicking the button [Checkout] or click the button [Continue Shopping] to search for further events, while the content of your shopping basket remains unchanged. 4.) Personal data, control & payment
You will proceed with your booking by clicking the button [Checkout]. In order to finish your purchase, please enter your data afterwards. All mandatory fields are marked with a star (*). A registration is not required for the purchase, but gives you access to numerous advantages for the future. You can easily register for an account by activating the option [Create Account]. After having entered your personal data you can check your entries again and select your preferred payment method (Credit Card, Paypal). By clicking the button [Order bindingly] your order will be placed and the order process is finished. The process can be interrupted at any time by closing the browser window.
The actual debit of your account will be carried out after the confirmation by the organizer.
5.) Order- and booking confirmation
After having placed your order you will receive an automatic order confirmation to your e-mail address, which again contains all the details of your order. Therefore please check your inbox after your purchase! If you not receive this confirmation within a few minutes, please contact our support team by phone at +43 1 512 55 00 (Monday - Sunday, 09.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.) or by e-mail to email@example.com. Please also check, where appropriate, whether the confirmation e-mail may has been classified as spam.
Please note that this e-mail only confirms the receipt of your ticket order. According to our Terms & Conditions, the purchase contract only arises with the booking confirmation, which will be sent to you along with the e-ticket and the appropriate order invoice immediately after the confirmation of availability by the organizer.
In exceptional cases, tickets may become either unavailable due to a high demand, or the system might not be able to connect to the booking system of the organizer anymore, if tickets have been booked shortly before the event. In this case, customers will be notified immediately via e-mail and advised about alternative dates, categories or events. For further information, please have a look at our Terms & Conditions.
