How does it work?
Booking your tickets at Concert Vienna is very simple, fast and secure. You can book your tickets from anywhere in the world and receive them via email. The booking process consists of four main steps:
1. Browse and select the event you want to visit
Our selection of events is carefully curated. Being an official ticketing partner of all organizers, we offer the best concerts and shows in Vienna.
2. Date selection and order review
After you have selected the event, you choose your preferred date and press the "Book Now" button. The page will redirect you to your shopping cart, where you can review your order once again and leave a comment in case of any special requirements (wheelchair access, vegetarian options etc.).
3. Check out
After reviewing your order, you may proceed to check out by clicking the "Check Out" button or pay via PayPal by clicking the button below.
Enter your personal information and proceed to payment method. You can review your order once again. After you've agreed with our terms and conditions, proceed by clicking the "Complete Order" button. The page will redirect you to our secure payment partner Wirecard, which supports the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
4. Order confirmation and e-Ticket
After successfully completing the payment process, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice via the email you provided in your personal information. Our team will proceed to secure the best tickets for you, which can take up to 48 hours. After the booking has been confirmed you will receive your e-Ticket to your email inbox. Bring your e-Ticket to the event and present it to the box office to skip the lines and start enjoying the show as soon as possible!
